During these times of many agents pivoting and helping their clients through different methods and technology, it is a good time to remind your agents about the strong need for doing so compliantly!
Make sure you are training your agents on:
- Compliantly contacting prospects
- Application submission and timeliness
- Thorough needs assessment
- Thoroughly presenting all areas/benefits of the plans (costs, providers, medications, etc.)
- Using E-Apps reduces the chances of missing required information – Carriers process faster too!
