Advisory Council Destination Meeting
Booking Information
1. Resort hotel accommodations & all company-sponsored events will be booked by and paid for by Senior Marketing Specialists for Advisory Council member and 1 guest. (not including incidentals)
2. You will be responsible for booking roundtrip air and ground transportation to and from the destination hotel, The Landing Resort and Spa, South Lake Tahoe, CA for you and your guest(s). SMS will reimburse you up to $700 per invited person (max 2) for roundtrip flights (for you and one guest = $1400 total) and $250 per couple for ground transportation to travel between the airport and the hotel. Reno/Tahoe airport is the closest airport to the resort and Uber/Cab is the most economical transport option per the hotel.
Reimbursement will be made after the trip concludes and receipts have been turned into Senior Marketing Specialists. Receipts must be received by SMS no later than August 31st, 2023.
3. This trip is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no reimbursed cash value.
4. Once your room is booked, no name changes or substitutions will be allowed.
5. This trip is for you and one invited guest. If you will be bringing an additional guest(s), you will be responsible for booking & paying for all of their travel needs. Additional hotel accommodations can be booked directly with the hotel reservations department. You will be responsible for paying for incidentals that may be charged to your room.
6. If additional guests over one attend SMS-sponsored events, you will be billed by SMS accordingly.
7. The range of attire varies from Resort Casual to Formal attire (sports jackets at dinner) depending on the activity or meal location. Business Casual attire is requested at the Advisory Council meeting. Please pack accordingly.
