Payment Information – All payments are to be made by credit card using the attached link provided in your invoice email. Please upload the completed form to this page or email the form to erin.blevins@smsteam.net. Should a different method of payment be requested by vendor, please contact erin.blevins@smsteam.net. Payments must be submitted at time of registration. If payment is not received before April 1st, 2021 booth will be forfeited.
Booth Design – Final online booth design will be determined by Senior Marketing Specialists, however, specific requests will be honored to the best of our abilities.
Event Prize – All vendors must provide a single item prize worth at least $100 to give away during the day’s events or several smaller prizes equaling a monetary worth at least $100 which will be given away during the day. Prizes MUST be mailed to event coordinator prior to the event at:
