Payment Information – All payments are to be made by credit card using the provided authorization form. Please upload the completed form to this page or email the form to erin.blevins@smsteam.net. Should a different method of payment be requested by vendor, please contact erin.blevins@smsteam.net. Payments must be submitted at time of registration. If payment is not received before April 1st, 2021 booth will be forfeited.
Booth Design – Final online booth design will be determined by Senior Marketing Specialists, however, specific requests will be honored to the best of our abilities.
Event Prize – All vendors must provide a single item prize worth at least $100 to give away during the day’s events or several smaller prizes equaling a monetary worth at least $100 which will be given away during the day. Prizes MUST be mailed to event coordinator prior to the event at:
