2020 Certification:
Opens July 8th, 2019
For recertification of currently contracted agent, 2020 AHIP is required to sell Lasso Healthcare products along with submitting the Lasso Healthcare recertification form. Once those 2 items are submitted, agents will also have to complete product specific testing. Certifications take care of 2019 and 2020 requirements and include both MSA plans and HIP.
For newly contracted agent, AHIP certificate must be submitted with contracting. After the contract is submitted agent will receive an email with certification instructions for the product specific courses and a one time code specific to that agent.
- Agents will review the modules and take the certifications
- The agent has 3 chances to pass the test with an 85% or higher
- If they fail 3 times they will not be able to write for the current year (i.e. 2019)
- After they certify they will get their writing number within the next week

- Visit the Medicare Advantage section of our Products page by clicking here
- Scroll down to the Carrier selection box and select Lasso Healthcare (leave the state selection blank). Click Submit.
- Click Lasso Healthcare under the Product heading
- Click Agent Guide to download the product info specific t0 you area.
2019 Certification:

AHIP Video Walkthrough – How to access AHIP (without carrier sponsorship)
Lasso will start to offer a $100 educational reimbursement for every agent that writes at least ONE Lasso Healthcare MSA application during the 2019 AEP! Payment will occur in March 2019 and agent must be still appointed, in good standing and still have Lasso Healthcare MSA membership on the books at the time of cash flow
