Hello everyone, my name is Kalia Hill. I am the " Director of First Impressions " here at SMS  (for those not so familiar with our little title, it means I am the Receptionist. We like to put our own little spin on things.) I have worked for SMS for three years in October. The best thing about my position here at SMS is that I feel like this is where I am supposed to be. I am what you would call a live wire - I love to laugh and make others laugh and I get not only to share that with my co-workers but also with all of our agents that call in every day.

I am a Columbia native, I graduated from Hickman High School (go Kewpies!). I am also a very proud mother of three, 11 year old twin boys and a busy 6 year old daughter. What I love to do the most is spend time with my family and friends, travel, and read. I also pride myself on my ability to cook and it is funny to use my kids as my guinea pigs and thankfully enough they like what I cook.

My plan is to be with SMS for as long as I can keep spreading my joy (after all they depend on me for it) or at least I would like to think so! This is my extended family and I feel very fortunate to be to be a part of this team!!
